Our Story
From Sicily to Los Angeles
Our story doesn't begin in Los Angeles, It begins 60 years ago in Sicily, Messina (Taormina), with a recipe that was just the perfect one.
Our uncle's recipe was filled with love and experience, it was in the way he refined the local sheep's milk ricotta, or toasted the pistachios from Bronte before turning them into a delicious paste, or the way he would make a cream out of the chocolate from Modica.
Today, in our Los Angeles kitchen, we are the keepers of that recipe, we still use the finest ingredients, ( all imported from italy) honoring the classic methods that have defined our family for decades.
We still fill every shell to order, by hand, just as our Uncle did.
Cannolitaly was created with a clear goal in mind, to bring the true, authentic Sicilian cannolo to Los Angeles.
